How it works:
While you are on your current call, press the flash button or the hook switch. Dial the number of the second party you would like to include. Once that person is on the line, press *46# to connect all callers.
Visual Voicemail
Your Voicemail's are sent to your emails so you can listen to them "on the go". You can also view and listen to your voicemail from your Account Manager.

NEW Call Blocking (block annoying calls)
You can block undesirable phone numbers by adding them to the blacklist. Anyone who calls your DUO device from a phone number listed on your blacklist will hear a busy tone.

How it works:
After 'login' in the Menu, on your left, click on 'Phone Numbers' click on the block a phone number and enter a phone number you want to block
Then click add to black list. Its that easy. You can also add callers that use UNKNOWN or anonymous on their caller ID (You are allowed 10 block numbers. This includes the check boxes for UNKNOWN and Anonymous)
NEW Caller ID Blocking
Protect your privacy whenever you make a call. You can use our netTALK Caller ID Blocking feature to block your Caller ID. It allows you to make sure the person you are calling does not know your phone number.

How it works:
When you pick up the phone, simply dial *77, followed by the number, and your call will come up as “UNKNOWN” on the recipient’s caller ID.
Caller ID
Check and see who is calling your phone number, then decide if you want to answer. Some telephone carriers charge as much as $7.50 per month for Caller ID, not netTALK. We give you control and the information you need, without paying a penny more. Caller ID works with Call Waiting, so you can be in the middle of a phone call and switch over to an incoming call. If you don't choose to answer, the call will go to your voicemail.

Call Forwarding
Forward your calls to any other phone. Send calls to your mobile phone, work phone, home phone, or any other number. netTALK lets you set the priority order for each phone's specific ring.
How it works:
Enhanced 911 Service
Enhanced 911, or E-9-1-1, service is a North American telecommunications based system that automatically associates a physical address with the calling party's telephone number and routes the call to the most appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for that address. The caller's address and information is displayed to the PSAP call taker immediately upon call arrival. This informs emergency responders with the location of the emergency without having to verbally provide it. This feature is useful in times of crisis when communicating one's location is difficult or impossible.
